Items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery of the item. To return a product or request an exchange, please fill out the contact form (or reply to your order confirmation) for a return address. Item(s) must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition received. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email that your return has been received and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and the credit will be posted to your original method of payment within a few days.
Exchanges will only be accepted for clothing and will be processed only after the return is received and approved. We do not offer exchanges on other items.
Except in the event of a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
